Terms & Conditions Please read the following terms and conditions before using the RCBC Home Delivery service. By using this service, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this service. Railway City Brewing Company reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. You should always review the terms and conditions prior to using the service to ensure you are kept up-to-date.

All recipients of a beer delivery must be of legal drinking age (19 years of age or older) and must provide photo identification.You also agree to have your ID number recorded by the delivery staff of RCBC upon delivery of your purchase.

Legally acceptable identification can be any of the following:

  • Ontario Driver’s License
  • Canadian Passport
  • Ontario Photo ID Card
  • Canadian Citizenship Card
  • Canadian Armed Forces Card
  • Bring Your Identification (BYID) Card issued by the LCBO
  • Secure Indian Status Card
  • Permanent Resident Card

    • To be legally acceptable, all identification must be current and valid.

    We reserve the right to refuse beer delivery for any reason including insufficient proof of age, intoxication or suspicion of purchasing beer for minors.

    All deliveries of orders placed must be delivered to the address listed on the initial pre-order.

    Beer will not be delivered to a patient in an alcohol abuse treatment centre.

    By submitting your request for beer through the online Railway City Brewing Company website, you are making a pre-order for beer. Your order will be confirmed on the day of delivery by email and a phone call.
